 We are real estate developers and general contractors that self-perform electrical, plumbing, and concrete services. While design-build projects and adaptive reuse are what we do as developers, what we do and do well is conduct.  Without a good conductor, developments can dissolve into costly, disastrous performances.

We focus on the development of the entire project with its many trades and moving parts.  From conception to completion, we are strategically involved in every aspect of the development process. Our in-house construction team tracks each trade to ensure that safety is first, benchmarks are met, and managers follow up so that projects are on time, within budget, and eco-sustainable.

Our seasoned staff have decades of experience performing major construction projects for Fortune 500 contractors, including Turner Construction and Walbridge Construction. We have special partnerships and alliances with other diversity suppliers and small businesses including Service-Disabled Veteran Owned firms, The Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) , Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and 8 (a)s.
